It was dirty, ghetto, unsafe, and unfit to be called a hotel. Pictures must have a filter on it because the rooms do NOT look like that in real life. We MOST definitely got catfished!

~One of the emergency ceiling sprinklers that was located in the kitchen leaked water overnight. I been told that the sprinkler over the bed had also leaked before, luckily I did not had that problem. ~Someone from staff told me that they didn't serve breakfast in the morning. ~ Shower water pressure was super weak, water was barely coming out of the shower head. ~ And bed was not comfortable, felt hard on my back Overall, not a great experience, the main big upside is that there are retail stores and good restaurants near b... read more

Quick and Cheap ain’t always Good I arrived early around 1230pm afternoon, I attempted to check in at the front desk for an early check in due to the long drive I just had! The front desk receptionist, said check in was at 3pm, I asked if there was any early check in? The receptionist did not check for room availabilities, just looked at me and reiterate it the check in time! Terrible experience The hotel location es very good lots of shops and everything is close by, the outside of the hotel looks good but the inside and service is terrible, my room have a hole in the wall , I let the manager know but he did nothing about it, room have a small kitchen but the hot plate didn’t work, I informed the and once again they did nothing, I found a dead roach in the refrigerator!!!!!! , after this I was gone !!!!!! The staff was unfriendly, her name was Silva . She should not be working the front desk. When I checked in I had to provide identification for the other people who were staying with me which is unheard of. When I went to my room there were no towels and when I asked for some at the front desk, she expected me to hand her towels so I can get clean ones. When I explained to her there weren’t any in the room, it felt so inconvenient of her to give me the towels for the room. The property has deteriorated. I have stayed here bef... read more

Horrible This place was super dirty and smelly. Room bathroom was not clean. No TV. In breakfast they had 1 coffee pot and brownies.

Booked a night stay with this property and when we get there to check in, they said that they have overbooked the hotel and they don’t have a room for us. I have to jump through hoops just to get a refund. Horrible experience!
