worst experience ever

Reservations don’t matter. I had a reservation booked for a week but when I showed up at 10:30 pm after driving 6.5 hours the manager wouldn’t let me check in because “I wasn’t an essential worker with an approved company.” Apparently Extended Stay America believes it is safer for a woman traveling alone to sleep in her car in the streets of LA than to let her check in with a mask on her face.

never Again Staff was rude. Facility was disgusting. They keep adding reasons to charge me without telling me. Then when I left charged me double on my credit card. There were parties all night in the middle of the week and people in the parking lot working on their cars ALL NIGHT!!! Every time we asked for the amenities they supposedly offer. They would not bring it and say they ran out. This place is A joke

Tenement Housing/Filthy Establishment The hotel staff were wonderful. Very kind and willing to help. And they were the only redeeming quality. The condition of the hotel and the rooms was downright shabby. My bathroom wasn't entirely clean, so I wiped the leftover toothpaste out of the sink, and cleaned the towel holder next to it, which was covered with something, just not sure what it was. My last time here Bad area My car was broken into twice It’s nice to have a kitchen and full size frig but the chance of theft is not worth it
