There was a disturbance in the room next to us (cops were called) that lasted till the next day. We asked front desk if we can switch room the night of and rudely said no rooms available. I checked Expedia and a room was available. Breakfast was not breakfast (coffee and bags of oatmeal).

not everything was working in the room

The staff was very friendly here. The towels had hairs in them, it overall didn’t feel very clean, but there were multiple towels. There was someone sleeping in the lobby when I got back to the hotel just before midnight, I figure it’s because the lobby does shut down I think at 10:30pm, but it made me feel uneasy.

front desk help was nice and responsive. however, the key card device was not working at the one entrance near our room. people were constantly putting a rock in the door jam so they could get in which made it unsafe. we kept removing the rock. it was probably happening because the door couldn't be opened with door key card. told front desk the night we checked in but assumed it wasn't fixed as it was the weekend

Not recommend The 1st room’s air condition is out of order. They changed another room for us but the 2nd room’s toilet is blocked. Overall experience is terrible. Not recommend.
