Room wasn’t only outdated, it was dirty. Beds uncomfortable, and false advertisement on the “Free breakfast” only coffee, hot chocolate packs, oatmeal packs and granola bars..... No lotion/shampoo/conditioner in room, no hair dryer

We left the hotel We left because the hotel smelled so bad. The smell was a combination of cigarette and pot. The staff was polite and understanding. I'm requesting a reimbursement.

Bring your own sheets and pillows. Place is dirty. I stayed here for one night and ended up getting pink eye from sleeping on the pillows. Because the sheets and pillow cases aren't washed I will never be staying here again. Ruined my whole trip because of this hotels uncleanliness.

Things an standard Hotel should offer! Don't know how you can call this an extended stay hotel when there are no dishes or utensils in any of the kitchens! What kind of hotel doesn't offer its guests ice? Also it would be nice if they offered room coffee for those whom depart b4 "7 o clock" free coffee and danish.

Deceptively updated outside, inside needs work Worst thing is room smells of smoke. Bathroom vent hanging loose and filthy with dust. Asked front desk to clean and attach vent cover, it was attached but not cleaned. Kitchen cabinet veneer missing on drawer and door edges. Saw same trash laying in same place in stairwell for the 3 days we stayed. Breakfast only granola bars and packed mini muffins and coffee. No ice machine and no ice in the in room fridge freezer. Untrust employees The stay was good after they transferred me to a room that’s newer n the air conditioning works. Then it was better. But I called the next day bcuz I had forgotten my sheet that I always bring wth me during my travel. Apparently it’s not there. That means it was not turned in to people that forgets things.
