The halls smelled terrible and were stained. Homeless were sleeping in their cars both days i was there. Wasnt happy with this hotel.

The carpets were stained in the room and the halls. The parking had homeless living in their cars. Not a place i will ever stay at again.

Hotel canceled my reservation before we arrived at 5 pm. Left me and my son stranded. Very inconsiderate and bad business. We're very unhappy, but will be happy to share our experience with friends and family.

We expended 3 nights and not a single day the room was clean or provided clean towels. Really bad experience for my family.

What a shame My family and I stayed for 2 nights. We had traveled 4 hours for a soccer tournament. Extended Stay has certainly downgraded from what I remember. The carpet was stained, smelly, the rooms weren't clean, the whole experience was a disappointment. I hope corporate reads and more importantly take action for the lack of cleanliness. This Hotel needs a lot of help. Seems like the investors don't care/ Would rather get a fat paycheck than invest in the clients that matter.
