Disappointed I asked for handicap friendly room in advance but what they gave me is in the third floor. I specifically requested first floor due to my father uses walker.

Not what we expected. The facilities smelled bad, carpet in halls was dirty, looked disgusting.

Reservation wasn’t booked by hotel.com even tho I had a reservation confirmation number

Eh! No ice Had to pay 10.00 a day for house keeping

Poor quality room and poor management . Poor quality of rooms, friendly staff, management could not take 5 minute from their day in or 8 day stay to address our issue with the room maintenance. Will NEVER stay at this location again under this management.

The bed as theonly good thing about our room. Are used to live in Chino Hills, it’s very upscale community. But this hotel does not keep up with the local surroundings. after we checked in and went to our room, we open the door and was practically knocked over with a smoky smell. We went back to the Desk and explain that we had booked a non-smoking room in this room is clearly not. We were told they didn’t have any other rooms available that evening. Confirmed reservation, gave away my room I reserved the room in November (17) for a wedding I was attending in July (18). The day before, uaing the messaging feature on the website, I sent thru a message stating I would be arriving around 11:30 p.m. and wanted to notate late check in. The day of the reservation, I called during both shifts. Let them know I would be arriving late. They assured me my reservation was fine.
