Blamed for missing screen A guy that works there wanted to argue with me n try and call me a liar when I told him! Their was no screen on our window the whole tkme we were there

Stay away!! The room smelled like the inside of an old fridge. The tv was small comprare to other hotels, the room was outdated, the furniture. I witnessed at the lobby one of the customers reporting a theft of his room and the front desk lady seemed she didnt care. She didnt seem preoccupied for the guy, the guy had to keep asking questions even to call police. Would not recommended to anyone.

Cheap and it shows Drab surroundings, surrounded y freeway, minimum breakfast , friendly staff. It’s a place to sleep, but the pillows are wafer thin

Don't do it! I booked this hotel for my sister and her kids. Unfortunately, all that was left was a smoking room when I booked it, but I advised her to see if there might be a non-smoking available when she got there. She got to her smoking room and it smelled like someone had just finished off a joint. Apparently, smoking also includes marijuana? She asked to be moved. She was moved to a room where the people above her stomped around the entire night. She tried to call the front desk to be moved and no answer. They ended up... read more

Yuck Reminded me of a yucky dormitory. No plates, silverware. No blow dryer. Not nice rooms. Just no place I’d want to go again. Dark and dreary.

Hotel didn't do anything. No cleanup or bed made. Had to go to front desk for clean towels. They provided a room and that was it.

Stay away This hotel is beat. Maybe all Extended Stay America places are like this but it was miserable. The place was smelly, the trash room was overflowing, the 'breakfast' is little more than oatmeal packets and low grade individually packed muffins. The property is worn out both inside and out. The room lighting is how Hollywood lights a Siberian prison. The rates are not commensurate with the 1.5 star accommodations.
