So so Not clean, elevator not working, ants, out door not locked, no hot breakfas, no lobby. Nice staff, friendly, safe area, laundry room neat and easy to use.

Attack of the ants The hotel is infested with ants. We stayed on the third floor and the ants were everywhere not just in the kitchen area all over the floor you walked on the ants!! They said they provided coffee and muffins in the morning. went downstairs to grab coffee that first morning the pot was empty and there was no muffins. Left to the store and purchased coffee and donuts. The ants had a feast.

It advertises continental breakfast, there really isn’t one. It’s just coffee, granola bars, and muffins. Room dirty and a ton of ants on the bathroom on our 2nd day. Location is great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Few things that were disappointing, the bed was way to firm and the recliner was actually to soft. I didn't sleep but maybe 30mins because of the bed and the noise of the Fwy. I asked for a room to be away from the Fwy but did not receive. The night staff member named Rebecca was extremely kind so she stood out to me.

We booked a room here, checked in late due to our softball schedule. When we arrived, they told us they did not have a room for us. They told us they would call a sister hotel to see if they had any bookings. they told us we were all set and to head over to the hotel. We called ahead to verify there was a room, and when we called, they only had a single bed not two queen size beds like we had originally booked. We got to our room after attending a family function and the room was infested with gnats or fruit flies. There were no additional rooms available so we had no choice but to check out and find a new place to stay.
