Very disappointed, will not stay there again We have stayed at same name hotels before and hence this reservation but NO kitchen supplies, coffee, tea, cups,etc. in room. Staff did not tell us we had to ask for them. When got coffee maker, no coffee filters and coffee was loose grinds. No decaff coffee or tea offered. Had to ask for 2 mugs and no creamer given with coffee so unable to use coffee maker after all. I just can’t believe how poorly I slept last night. The neighbors woke us up at 130am talking. The talking continued to 4am at least when I finally got back to sleep for a couple hours. The AC made a loud sound that made me turn it off and on. I called the front desk to help with the noise and no answer.

Bad room smell Room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Reported this to staff, and she sweetly stated she would pass that information on to management. Room had been cleaned. Carpet was pretty gross. Not a horrible stay, but not great. Got the job done.

The dirtiest room at extended stay The couch bed had urine stains. Blood stains, totally unclean and unsanitary. The bathroom was dirty. None of the plug outlets work in the room. We had to change rooms no manager on site when we change rooms we wasn’t upgraded or nothing.

Late Night Check-In Hassles Late night check in was almost a complete nightmare. Had an incredibly rude interaction with one employee (first initial A). Was made to wait 30 minutes to check in due to a computer issue - understandable. Had to fight to be allowed to remain in the building while I waited (it was 1 AM, cold, and I am a solo female traveler).
