The staff members at this property were very helpful and kind. But, the overall hotel room was bad. Our first room had a tub that was extremely filthy so we switched to a new room. In our second room, the bath tub still had many dirt marks and stains but since we drove a long distance we decided to stay. The previous guests who were there left behind food which led me to believe the room was never thoroughly cleaned. Also, our TV was broken and our window did not open or close. Floors smells terrible. Poor building ventilation, smells like grease from occupants cooking elevators are filthy.
Advertises a breakfast, nothing more than a coffee and granola bar. Lots of dogs Others reported smell and musty rooms, I agree..... Had to go to front desk 3 times on check in, just to get key cards to work. Go somewhere else
Horrible. Waste of money It was dirty. We didn’t get shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was only coffee as granola bar and it’s ridiculously expensive just to get bad service??? Very disappointed
They were overbooked and I was turned down at night time with my luggage in my hands
Check in was easy and the guy at the counter was nice enough. Upon arrival we were hit with the stink of the place. Then we headed up to our floor and the smell intensified. The whole hotel smells so gross. We get to our room and are getting ready to crash after a 7 hour road trip when low and behold the fold out sleeper sofa is not a double. Not even close. The description for the room we chose stated it slept 4 with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. We have 2 girls 7 and 10 of average size that were going to share the sofa. N... read more
place was dirty and smelt like budoosie and cigarettes, elevators broken, tweakers hanging around and staying here, and staff has no customer service
