It was a terrible experience. The guy at the front desk had a nasty attitude. He denied our booking we had made at hotels.com. They said that that’s what how they did it. Overbooked and it was my problem for not checking before when I know my booking. Was already confirmed. Although, we never stayed, they still charged me. I wish they would have handled it different. At least a phone call saying that my booking was being cancelled.

My tub was moldy and covered in soap scum, like it was never cleaned, the carpet was stained and the magnetic keys kept being demagnetized and I would have to regularly get them re-set which was a pain. The staff were very kind and lovely people.

Absolute worst customer service Luciano was the staff on site and was it very clear he was not a happy camper working there we called him out on his rudeness he returned my id walked away and left us without a place to stay that night. Absolutely terrible customer service

Air conditioning went out Hotel was ok, the hallway in the stairs area had a strong smell like if they never cleaned it. The room was ok until the air conditioning went out in the middle of the night, heat was only blowing out making it uncomfortable to rest.
