Property was nice from outside, very deceptive. Hotel stunk like cigarettes & Marijuana

The room we booked was not cleaned at all. The pull out bed was dirty and full of crumbs, there was now bed protector on it and there were dark stains all over the mattress. We tried talking to the front desk but didn't go anywhere with them. We ended us all having to sleep on the bed and the following morning we were able to switch to a different room.

I was provided a room that was unclean. I ultimately stayed after traveling four hours to the property. The linens, bed pillows all smelled of mildew (and human musk), the stovetop burners were soiled, and there was food leftover in the refrigerator from presumably the previous occupants. The latter two points were brought to the attention of the front desk. Not sure though if it was/will be ever addressed. It was very noisy. My room was by one of the exits in the back and the door kept slamming hard. Also Guests were saving arguments in the hallway.
