I was requested a smoking free room and the room smelled really bad and one of the beds was very uncomfortable! I never gonna choose this hotel brand again!

Gravely disappointed booking went well, check in my keys did not work. Dogs were barking on all sides of the room non stop.When stepping on the floor in the bathroom water was coming through the cracks. At first I though it wasn't dried well =But it was so much water my socks got wet and water continues to come through floor panels. There was ants and roaches in the mini kitchen and bathroom. Never again. 1 star at best, but rated as 3 star. Ver unsafe. Pot smokers all over the place. Extremely dirty.

It was SO disgusting!! Cockroaches running around the room everywhere. No shampoo ,& conditioner,No soap, no dishes, no silverware,nothing nice about it!! It smells like weed throughout the entire hotel. The smell hit me as soo as i opened the lobby door. The guy at the front desk was so rude. Not a desirable place to stay! It was dirty, had the musty smell, supposedly non-smoking but entire inn smelled like cigarette. The room where we stayed, the carpet was dirty and sticky, the bathroom had mildew and ants. The air conditioner was so so. The grab breakfast items like the muffins was stale. Never again will we stay at Extended Stay
