There is no hair dryer, kitchen tools in the room. I asked the front desk to barrow them but it was used.So I didn’t get any chance to get them.

Without a clue…Keyless The key making machine broke 2 days ago since not repaired so the limited front counter desk personnel has to accompany each guest to their room. 1. They should have a space or 2 there is another Extended Stay .25 mi away so they could have gone there to nakeckrys

The property was not what I expected. It smelled of cigarettes and other substances. It was dated and the sheets were dingy. Their machine to issue your card key didn’t work so I never received one. When checking out there was no one in the front desk. I had to call and say I want to check out and all they said was you can just leave and asked for my room number. I never leave reviews but they really need to fix up this place and I think they need a stronger staff with better service.
