We got there a bit early and they did let us check in early which I thought was the only good thing at first. The hallways were scary, rooms were really outdated. Sofa bed was bad. Elevator and reception are was just very weird. No blankets. Overall not a good experience very sketchy.

Worse experience ever The worst experience ever. No matress on the sofa bed. The staff was unable to help us. They wanted me to wait till next morning to get a matress. Finally they changed our room at midnight to one with an old dirty matress on the sofa bed. The bath tub paint was peeling off when my son took a shower. And there was mold all over the bathroom. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Maria, the front desk lady shouldn’t even be working as a customer service person. I wish I would have taken more pictures... read more

Fraud. Taking money and saying they don't have room (3rd time happened). Stealing people's money

Someone was occupying the room I was given at first. I was given another room, but I’ve stayed in this property before in the past, I don’t remember it being this dirty. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, I could see shoe prints of the previous customer on the extremely sticky floor. Bed lamps were not in the same light color, the hallway lights were extremely dim, and made me feel unsafe walking around. Certain drywalls in the room were not patched up. I was just extremely disappointed.

made a reservation. drove 2 hours to location and when I was going to check-in they told me they had no rooms for me. I need to contact the 3rd party (hotels.com) to get my money refunded. luckily, I was able to find somewhere else that was not sold out that night
