made a reservation. drove 2 hours to location and when I was going to check-in they told me they had no rooms for me. I need to contact the 3rd party (hotels.com) to get my money refunded. luckily, I was able to find somewhere else that was not sold out that night

Very Noisy inside the building

Hallways were dark. Hotel was dingy. Room had two tiny pieces of soap to use, no shampoo /conditioner. Breakfast was a joke. Packets of instant oatmeal, nature valley bats and small stale blueberry muffins (lil Debbie?). Will not stay here again.

Not extending this stay Front desk service was unprofessional. Had to wait for the kids to be done chatting to check in. The door didn’t shut right. Had to slam to lock. Bathtub was chipped so much it was more feet than white. Burn marks on counter. Towels were stained. Not the normal experience I’m used to.
