Overbooked Got to property and attendant said no more rooms. That hotels.com overbooked rooms. Very inconvienant.

Thought my car would be broken into any minute,not to many trust-worthy characters hanging around the property,bad look for the hotel..Lots of sketchy people hanging around.

The bed was so close to the air conditioner on one side you could not enter the bed also not even a coffee machine existed in the room extra was soap and towels

Customer service was great. The hotel itself was horrible. Broken items around the room toilet wouldn’t flush. Batch tub had stains

"GIVING KEYS TO A DUMP" I have been to this hotel before but never a problem. I am totally disappointed due to the fact that the heater or air conditioner did not work and the carpet in the room was filthy. I complained to front desk but was told there isn't anything that can be done that I would need to talk to manager in the morning. I feel as though my entire night was ruined. I would like to request some kind of compensation for my trip ?
