The floors were dirty, not very well lit, had an odd old moldy smell, felt dirty to be in. Didn't provide extra blankets unless i gave up my clean sheets, very odd

Found roaches inside the room, checked in late from out of town and only stayed a few hours. Slept in my car instead, felt old and unsanitary. Very disappointed.

Run down, maintenance seems ignored, homeless people outside our window. “Breakfast” was a packaged muffin. “You want more towels, just come to desk and pick them up”. Seriously.

Run away from this place…. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else. I’m so sad we stayed here. From the moment you walk in there is a “smell”. the carpets in our room look as if they have never seen a cleaner. The couch cushion was stained with who knows what. We reserved a “Deluxe King Suite”, the actual room was a queen bed only. Bathroom had no amenities, telephone did not work, bathroom door handle was falling off. Had a barking dog across the hall all night. Breakfast was granola bars and hostess-type muffins. Overall, we were very disappointed and would discourage anyone from wasting your time or money on this place.

Never again Wouldn’t use again. Terrible service. States the whole hotel is fully booked so no early checkin, that’s fine. Go to try in checkin an hour past the states checkin time and was told that our room was broken so we couldn’t use it. Had to go to another location. Could have called and provided this information instead of wasting our time.
