Very unhappy at my stay!!!! Had no towels in our room. They said they would bring them when they weren't busy. It was 1 hour and no towels. So went downstairs to get them The smoke alarm woke us up at 6am and for 30 minutes the staff couldn't turn them off. False alarm. It said we would get breakfast to go. We didn't get any breakfast to go. No coffee maker in the room to make our own coffee. Overall very unhappy!!!@

Not following social distance guidelines. 1 cashiers stations, 1 customer line available, there was 1 person beong checked in and spoke ober her to ask how can I help you. There was no space to come forward to the cashier area and be checked in, customer had to move out of the line to allow us to speak to the cashier. Where as if they wanted to attent 2 people at ones they shoild habe done a 2 person line set up, not 1. When we reached our room there was no toweks at all in the bathroom. I booked a room for 9/5-9/6 and paid hotels.com $140 but when I showed up the clerk at front desk told me there were no rooms available But my room was reserved and paid for and guaranteed it’s what the website said, that was a really big inconvenience. And the guy at front desk treated me like a was stupid even when I showed him my itinerary.

Had big issue with room. When first walked in, carpet was soaking wet and smelled like cleaner. The toilet was not working properly and would continue to clog.

bathroom sink leaked, no coffee or cups in room, no tv remote when I arrived, no breakfast as advertised, was charged $100.00 for 2 pets for two nights- hardly ever in room and no mess from dogs. this charged not mentioned in advertisement. Won't go back even if free.
