Bring a candle, the room doesn't smell fresh/clean They overbooked the hotel and asked if we wouldn't mind going to another location. Of course they blamed it on you folks and said that YOU should've called me and told me that. Will never book with them again. Also, the room didn't smell clean. Unfortunately that's what you get in rooms with kitchenettes. Went and bought a scented candle and had to have it on during our whole stay. Second time there and I've had enough.

Very disappointed in morning breakfast offer, i could of stayed cheaper elsewhere without a breakfast. Breakfast availability was instant oatmeal. What a waste of extra money paid for breakfast offer.

When we arrived to check-in the front-desk attendant was not at the desk. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes. Then when she got back, she checked in the family ahead of us and asked us to wait another 10-15 minutes while she opened the door for this family. Turns out the key assignment system fell that night and she couldn't assign room keys... When it came time to check-us in. She explained what was going on and then asked about preference. Not worth it. Other reviews rightfully true. Shower and faucet were broken and they didn’t fix it even after reporting. There was no lotion or shampoo in bathroom and they didn’t provide after asking for it. No plates, pans, bowls, spoons or forks in the kitchen. I would avoid this property!

Horrible appearance and staff. Should up at 11:30pm and no one was at the front desk. My wife called and no response. After 15 minutes we went out looking for another hotel to stay at. Will never stay at an extended stay or recommend anyone to stay here. Still waiting to get my money back.

bath tub was dirty with stains, door wasn't looking properly no kitchen utensils, overall it's bad hotel for stay and I recommend not to choose this hotel in LA

Very poor customer service apparently front desk received a complaint about my guest which wasn't valid regardless I asked mt quest to leave and when I needed another week the hotel refused to extend my stay even though they was no problem with me...very unprofessional rude poor customer service won't be spending my money at extended stay ever again...

the room was dirty: there were a lot of dog hairs and the bathroom tub was not clean, it had a lot of dust on the furniture and it smelled a lot of food and marijuana.
