This facility is very old and it shows it. There is a smell permeating the entire building.

The place was a dirty mess. Someone else's hair on pillows. Dirty sheets. Dirty floor. Very unhappy with the total experience.

This place is a dump! The room is dirty. The kitchen looks as though it has not been cleaned in quite a while. Clumps of dirt on top of refrigerator and on counter. Bathroom paint is peeling off walls. Shampoo provided was empty. I would not recommend this property to anyone. We will not visit Exended Stay America again. The management should be ashamed of this property.

This hotel was clean and had a decent appearance from the outside. The rooms are clean but extremely outdated. Amenities are disappointing. The rooms are equipped with hand soap, bath soap and a small bottle of shampoo (the bare minimum). The Expedia advertisement offered an intercontinental breakfast - that was false. Upon check-in, the front desk receptionist indicated there would be a "to-go" breakfast in the morning that would include coffee, muffins, bagels, etc. - that was also false. Very old property. Need to ask for everything,ie, towels, hair dryer. Breakfast is grab and go,ie, granola bars and coffee and they always ran out. Sink leaked and hallways had food smells.

Counter was dirty and sticky in our room so my my sons paperwork got sticky and dirty. So did my down jacket sleeves. I went to shampoo my hair in the shower and the diverter didn’t work properly so it was truly a rain drop shower head shower with no force or pressure. Went to use the shampoo and they give u a super small bottle for the room but I think the last person(s) in the room used the that bottle because it was .25 percent full for 2 guests. Beddings has dogs hair I was very disappointed with our stay. The linens had so much dog’s hair. At first, it’s wasn’t noticeable because the beddings are white but the next day, my daughter broke out really bad and since I was wearing black pants I had noticed dog hair all over my clothing and as well as on my husband’ and daughter’s clothing. I was so frustrated. I do not recommend it nor will stay I there again.
