I had to wait 10 minutes and call on the wall phone for check in

We check in after a long flight to what the front desk employee tells me the only room he has left is on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service. We get to our room, I went to wash my hands in the restroom and... surprise! The room had not been cleaned. There was used soap on top of the sink next to a wet hand towel. The toilet had urine all over it. The bed was made up very messy and the sheets underneath the comforter were dirty and used. The pillows smelled of human grease (hair grease); and many physical aspects of the room, elevator, and common areas were was not well-maintained. The graffiti etched into the elevator walls and the dark drip stains on the elevator's emergency box are concerning. The tub/shower surround and the bathroom counter were merely painted over, but were never actually replaced in a remodel. The cove base was delaminating from the wall in the kitchenette area. Bad service Every time we make reservations they screw things up. I need wheelchair accessible And they say on till we get that and they done have a room for us. We always manage to get charged more than other people also. I've heard them. Even if I tell them we need city is hope discount. Very unhappy.

The property is being renovated. The first room assignment was to a room that was under construction. I checked in at 3:30pm and they did not have any rooms on the ground floor and the room on the second floor was a mile from the elevators and I had lots of baggage. Then the extra fast wifi was not working. Oh well.

The lobby and elevators were filthy. The place was stark and draby. They advertise a continental breakfast and only serve stale breakfast bars. Wish I would have paid $40 more and stayed at the Double Tree across the street. Horrible experience.
