When I checked in I asked them if the TV was working they said yes, however it was partially working. I asked to be moved and I was told they would call the tech but didn't I asked 3 times and was told at the third time they were not answering. My elderly mother was with me and it was entertainment for her I needed. The bathroom was dirty and stained and the shower did not work correctly. I had to cancel the second night and get a room somewhere else.

The property was generally dirty. The first room I had was smelly (trying to mask the smoke smell) in a no smoking facility and there was an ant invasion. The second room - after complaining and asking to move to a new room - was dirty. I went to WalMart and got my own supplies to clean the room's floor (absolutely nasty dirty, sticky, with dirt spots), and clean the surfaces, and cleaned all the door handles (including refrigerator) and surrounding areas. Old property. Bad smells. Lousy “breakfast” (3 mini-muffins, 6 granola bars, and packages of oatmeal total), Shabby room. Peeling paint. Shower room smelled like mildew and had bare bulb fluorescent light fixture like a mechanics shop. Sloping bed. Staff was friendly but slow. RIGHT NEXT TO FREEWAY so it was loud. Would not recommend.

High price rooms not updated Paid for a king I received two small beds I sat on the edge of the bed it flew up.. cabinets are old not up to par like bbn other Express suites...

The check in staff/lady was really rude. The room has a bad smell. The WiFi was a joke, can’t do nothing. The mattress was uncomfortable. The only nice thing was the front desk staff/man was helpful when I checked out.
