Nice hotel, but bad service Bad experience, first it was difficult to find some one at the front desk when we came a bit. We called in advance and told them that we will be checking in late, but when we came nobody was in there at the front desk, and it took 10 minutes for some body to come out. Then they said reservation was canceled, but glad to say that they gave us the rooms. Check in and check out was great. The staff at the counter was very helpful and made sure we got help right away. The things we found very uncomfortable was once we got settled in to our room a house cleaning lady tried opening up our room. Once I looked threw the hole and un hooked the latch she reached in to our fridge saying she left something in our freezer???? There was nothing there and she said oh must of been a different room. How can a hotel in 2018 have NO ice machines???? The noise was similar to being in the infield at a NASCar event.

Wat to many things to list were wrong with Expedia halding my reservations and hotel staff!!! Rooms didnt get what i paid for had to settel for a room because that what was left because they didnt have my prepaid reservations

Very disappointed False info and pictures were presented on the site. The pictures looked great on the website but in person were totally different. It also states free breakfast but in reality you were only presented with snack items, no ice on the floors, the site also stated that a gym was available but of course there was no gym at all or free access to a nearby gym.
