Not so comfy stay at extended stay America The place is under construction so only one elevator was working. The system was working slow so the girl who was checking us in had to walk off to the back with my ID and debit card. she was gone for a good 7 minutes before waking out with my receipt. The room was clean enough. Beds are. Not comfortable period. I have to say the reason I chose extended stay America was because it had a kitchenette. Mehh Check in was easy and friendly. 30 Min after arriving a man knocked on my door to serve me with eviction papers for the previous tenant. Construction was going on inside on the bottom floor making going up the only working elevator very annoying.

Don't judge a book by its cover! This place is nice looking and lobby staff is great, but can't say the same for cleaning staff. I will start off with the roach and ant infestation. They are everywhere and get into everything. Al the poor staff can do is apologize. Secondly, I understand that this is a pet friendly place, but they should either make sure that they deep clean those rooms once guest with pets leave and or just have designated floors/rooms or hallway ends for them. Great employees - Hotel is pitiful and depressing They didn't have the the room I requested. I had booked a room with two twin beds. They only had a King room available when I arrived, which would have been OK if I was traveling with my wife. I didn't want to share a bed with my bro. I was able to bet a room with a Queen and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was from like the 80s and was terrible to sleep on. The hotel was aged and in need of a make over. I'll never stay there again.

Decent hotel on a budget Room was clean with working a/c. Shower floods the floor. Found hair and stains on towel. Lumpy bed. Clean kitchen with working fridge. No hair dryer. The free b-fast consists of granola bars. Loose deadbolt for room lock.

Hotel Disaster I drove 5 hours to LA for a last minute situation. My wife got the room on Expedia and talked to Jordan who said there was a room left and confirmed that he received the confirmation. I showed up two hours later and Jordan said he was out of rooms. He said Expedia doesn't keep up to date with things. He was really nice but couldn't help me out as they were out of rooms. he said to try the Arcadia Extended Stays america which was close. Room smelled like smoke The room smelled like smoke and a maid who didn't speak English checked me in. The next day they did refund my stay as I moved to a new hotel.

Room cleanliness issue/noise The room was very unclean - bathroom sink clogged. It was also extremely noisy.
