I checked in to the hotel when into the room thought everything was fine looked okay until I discovered Monday it was a turd or dog feces under the bed at the head of the bed and I slept over that stuff the next night I seen a roach crawling from under the bed I tried to get it I'm disabled I missed it Moody bed didn't see any sign of the roach about couple minutes later the roaches on my bed so I knocked it off and I killed it I took pictures showed up to the desk I was totally disgusted especially with this Coronavirus atm... read more

WARNING!! DO NOT STAY HERE! My room was dirty, the beds were turned over when I walked in. The sink and counters were dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine and there were cockroaches in the bathroom! I immediately walked right out and requested my money back.

We you coming to California for a short stay Thursday night we arrive after 11 PM so it’s understandable that they weren’t able to make a key for it but they also couldn’t locate all rooms. Because it was late do you want to go home and attempt to do it within an hour I neighbor across the hallway kept leaving the room and every time they did a dog with God uncontrollably and told her you can call down to the front desk know what was going on and unfortunately I continue to offer night

Dont choose this hotel This hotel looks good on the outside but inside it is another story. the place is old and dirty. The blankets are not clean since they have hair, dirty carpets, there was blood in the toilet bowl, on the wall of the shower it had a lot of hair and the floor was also super dirty. I never thought that such a dirty place could exist in this country. Hair all over the bathroom including the towels. Weird random people yelling in the halls in the middle of the night, and knocking on the door. Car was broken into although nothing was taken. Pool looked dirty. Face masks were not being enforced and an irate customer was helped before a line of 3 people. Disappointing!!

Nightmare stay I pulled up at 3:15 they gave me a room which wasn’t cleaned yet but they didn’t know so I brought up all my stuff and then had to move to another room which had black mold in the bathroom, the sheets were dirty and the pillow cases, there were stains on the carpets, there was also disgusting stains on the white counter top.
