BEWARE!!!!!!! EXTEND YOUR STAY ELSEWHERE!!! Shelly, Joy, and the female Hispanic manager were the worst customer service professionals I have ever encountered. We were denied service after having stayed there for 5 days. No reason given at all. Im sure me voicing my opinion on the service as well as the cleanliness was the real issue. Terrible Found 2 roaches. Remote control no where to be found. Shower was nasty and toilet didn't work

DON’T DO IT IF YOU LIKE NICE & CLEAN!!! My my my have things changed!!! Extended Stay America used to be a nice hotel. Now it’s silmilar to a motel 6 on hookers blvd. This place was nasty, ran down and over ran by the white American ghetto. I walked in my room to a cold windy draft from an wide open window!!! A rusty stove stared me in the eye soon as i opened the door. The bed looked recently slepted in with every STD, COVID-19 and every other germ on it. Extended Stay in hell They were very disrespectful the room were nasty had roaches , defamation of character is is a normal practice here rooms are extremely dirty carpets have not been shampooed in years definitely not a place where I would want to extend my stay

Public spaces were very dirty. Walked by the same piece of trash in the lobby and elevator every day I stayed.. was there for a week. Would not stay here again.
