The bedroom smell a lot like smoke and it was kind of old and dirty

This facility was awful! It smelled l, we burned candles & bought plug-ins and it still stank. People running & jumping above us all night, staff, with the exception of 1 new staff members were rude and nasty acting for customer service. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay again & I will deter everyone I can from staying there

The smell of the lobby and the stairwells consist of cigarettes, weed, and mold. Elevator was out of service so anytime you enter or leave the place you have to breathe in those smells. The rooms have cockroaches. Our sink had pieces of chicken from the previous guest who stayed there. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom and on the bathroom door. Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed at. The pool was also closed which they don't mention on the website. Overall it was terrible.

I would give a zero if I could. I wish I would’ve look at reviews before booking but my premature grandson was transferred to different hospital so I needed something close to hospital. My daughter had emergency c section and elevator was broken room on second floor and could not put us on the first floor. Room didn’t have toilet paper needed towels and floor was so dirty. Called front desk for coffee maker and dishes etc was told to come down stairs to get when it says in room that it would be delivered. Remote to TV did no... read more

Too many issues to share. A complete Craphole. Im requesting a refund. I didn't realize how bad this place was. The pictures do not look at all what this dump actually looks like
