This place is filthy. The smell hits you from the entry. There was one very nice staff lady, one. All in all- gross place

Horrible experience! Everything was so dirty in the room as if they just changed the bed sheets and rented out the room to the next person. The toilet seat itself was extremely dirty and floors had not been swept, there was dead roaches in the floor. Just shows that house keeping is not cleaning the rooms. At checkout I was asked if I enjoyed my stay and I said no, it was horrible. Brown towels, roaches roaches, everywhere, bugs, all in there it was dirty and nasty and smelled like piss

Tweaker hotel, smell of weed and ants :-( I have stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels and were very happy with all of them. That streak came to an end though when I visited the Ontario location. First the entire is supposed to be smoke free but nearly all the "residents" smoke and smoke weed. So when you enter there are lingering smells of weed throughout the entire building. Also the hallways and rooms are not vacuumed and there is visible trash, dirt, food all over the hallways mostly. The studio queen room did not have a La-Z-Boy chair as advertised, there was no handle for the shower head in the accessible bathroom. The stove did not work. I asked management for a chair and never received a reply or a chair. The property was in terrible condition. I will never go back.
