I want my refund I checked in the room smelled and was not suitable. I checked out and was told I would get a refund. I’ve been trying to contact Hotels.com for my refund and have had no luck please contact me

The hotel is in a nice area but the actual hotel was dirty. First room I checked into smelled like smoke and had a huge stain on the bed. The second room wasn’t much better as the carpet was dirty and sticky. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not what we expected. Hotel seems outdated and in need of some upgrades. Found hair in the tub, crumbs in the refrigerator. Lots of noise. Seemed more like a low income apartment building rather than a hotel.
