i’ve stayed there before and it was a great experience this time not so much. There were cockroaches in our room. Upon check out when I told them they said a manager would contact me regarding this and I would get a refund. Two days later I have yet to hear from anybody. I will never stay here again nor will my family or friends. Very upsetting and disappointing

Hotel overbooked and no room to give me for my booked expedia room even with a prior phone call confirming the reservations. Horrible!!!

Ended up leaving. Room appeared to be lived in by someone else... TV on, beer and freshly cut limes on the counter, beds disheveled. Grounds not kept clean.

Breakfast was not served as advertised. There were granola bars and coffee. That is not breakfast. The photos on the website did not reflect this.
