My reservations were messed up and the staff made no apologies. The water pressure was none existant. They didn't bother refilling the the coffee at the make shift "continental breakfast ". The toilet seat was basically falling off.

Nothing much unique. Attempted to check in 30 minutes early, employee wanted to charge me $25 extra because it was before 3:00! Won't EVER stay at extended stay again! (Wanted to check out facility since I travel frequently.)

Breakfast wasn’t breakfast like advertised. Took forever to get a coffee pot . Small room, steak hallways. Smells

Very disappointing. They have kitchenettes but nothing to use . Not even a coffee pot . It took 4 hours and 3 calls to get a coffee pot. I went down to get one but I was told someone was just bringing it up. There was a card that told you what items they had to use. At the bottom it said just call we will deliver it to your room. Wrong! When I called down and asked about the coffee pot the front fest clerk said you had to come and get it.
