It suck it smells funny and the rooms were dirty staff was not helpful

Not A Great Choice Stayed here twice in the last two weeks. But don't waste your time. I made a reservation through the property and drove out of my way to get there to get a phone call while unloading the car that the hotel is overbooked and I need to make other arrangements. The person calling was very short, rude and showed no compassion. You should have found me another room at a competitor and covered it. No, you just said call the 800 and hung up on me.

Bad stay I have stayed in extended stay before and some have been good some haven't. This one was not good. They were out of everything from the time we got their to the time we left. We were told in the morning there was no coffee - they ran out. Then when we went to the lobby later to see if they got some they said they couldn't find the filters and there was no staff to make it. The employees were polite and nice, the room had sufficient space and was clean. But the "continental breakfast" were just snacks. That's okay, I just hope they will update the description to "snacks only" and not "continental breakfast".

I liked that it was quiet. Didn’t like that the room was freezing coming in the heater barely worked. The floors and the sheets were really dirty

There was a loud rumbling noise that appeared to be coming from the room we shared a wall with. I spoke with multiple people, multiple times but no one did anything about it. I was asking them to check the room but it never happened. IT WENT ON 24/7!! Bags of trash are in the hall since there is no maid service. The carpet in the halls is filthy and not vacuumed daily. No food in the "grab and go" breakfast at 7:30 am! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
