I was disappointed with the lack of professional welcome during checkin. Also to pay a competitive rate offering breakfast but not informed that no breakfast is being served due to Covid. Also to pay a competitive rate for a room sold as a Pool View but the pool was closed and dirty.

The check in process was super slow. I called several times to add someone to the room and no one answered. Once I arrived we had to wait a bit for someone to arrive at the front desk. This hotel very much is 2 stars.

Only clean the room every 2 weeks?? Was not told room would not be cleaned during my stay. Called for clean towels during the day and wss told, "bring your used towels to the front desk and we will swap them out " I worked in a 5 star resort for 6 years. Not expecting that from this hotel, but with that kind of customet service, i wouldn't give 3 stars.

If you value sanitary conditions don't stay here The garbage in the trash room on the second floor remained uncollected for our entire stay, from Sunday two Thursday night. Day after day it kept piling up and stinking. When we went to our cars we noticed that our car was broken into. We went to the front desk and all she said was make a police report. She said they have no cameras. I was very disappointed since the area wasn't a bad area.
