Dirty Room The room was dirty as soon as we walked in it smelled like mildew then we smelled the linens and the pillows and they smell like mildew.. The shower had mold around the tub.. Didn’t have ice machine . their vending machines charged any item for five dollars, which is ridiculous. this would be the worst hotel that I stood in and me and my wife, like to travel we never ever recommend them

This place was the absolute worst. Don't believe the positive reviews or the select photos they have. This place is so dirty. Literally mold growing in the shower everywhere. Like a lot of mold. Everything is broken or dirty. The towel hanger is falling off the wall. Carpets super dirty. Not safe. Homeless frequently are in the parking lot. We had one right by the side entrance appearing to be on drugs. The smell in here is disgusting too. Like must. There is a garbage room on the end of each hall that stinks bad. It's the most terrible place I have ever been to! There was no staff at the check- in station until 5 to 7 minutes after arrival, and when she arrived, she didn't welcome us; not even a smile. The first day, there was a live roach that was pregnant on the small hair dryer on the wall (I have a photo to prove it), the carpet was filthy, the floor in the kitchen was sticky, no wash cloths and no hand towels anywhere, no handwashing soap and paper towel in the kitchen, and the A/C wall unit is 1 inch away from the bed. Filthy room I just stayed here and the room I had was filthy. There looked to be a cigarette burn on the table, the wall in the bathroom had paint peeling indicating a water leak from the above room. The floor in the bathroom was also squishy and showed water damage. The room was very musty and smelled like it had previously been smoked it. Would not recommend this place.

TERRIBLE! I booked and prepaid 2 rooms only 1 available upon my arrival! dirty, small room. nasty mold on bathroom floor, duck tape on shower bathtub, thermostat hanging off wall, tiny muffins and instant coffee for “continental breakfast” This place should not be this expensive. I will never extend my stay here again with this extended stay!!! Worst experience ever! I hated to have my son in this nasty room. Shame on you extended stay

DO NOT STAY HERE Awful. Things in disrepair and not working - elevator, several outlets in kitchen. Basic things not available because hotel "didn't have enough" -- ie additional bedding, dishes, cookware etc. What is the point of having a kitchen if it is unusable? Overall didn't feel safe here either. Would have changed hotels, but since I was here for a conference and gone majority of the time I decided to tough it out.

Bad experience! Not recommended! The hairdryer did not work due to the damaged(ripped off plug) room 324! The faucet was dripping water and I needed to put towel to stop the dripping noise. The fridge was extremely noisy to the point that I needed to turned off!
