I’m sure MOST people stay at hotels on the weekends, so if anything goes WRONG. Why would you NOT have MAINTENANCE available or on CALL. We checked in around 4pm, our room giving was on the 2nd floor which it reeked like dead animals & burn cooking oil. When we entered the room it felt HOT or warm. As most people would think that they just never turn the AC on. So we then turn it on and left. When we got back the room STILL feels HOT (80 degrees inside). Horrible experience The worst ever. The hallways smell bad. The bed sheets were filthy. I had to change my own sheets. The iron rusted amd messed up my mans shorts. There was a big rat right in parking lot leading up to the front door.

Smelly! Curb your pets folks. Smelly and carpets were dirty/spotty. Pet friendly at it's worst. We were at the end of the hall on erd floor and used the stairwell, which was overwhelming with pet odor - like that was where all the pet owners took their animals to pee. Seriously, who does that? Disgusting! No fault to the hotel for that. I guess people are just lazy and disrespectful. There was air freshener dispensers but only masked the odor a little bit.

Awful rundown place Worst hotel my husband and I have EVER stayed in. The first room we were given the carpet was filthy and full of large stains and it smelled awful. Our next room had no carpet but the vinyl floor was sticky and dirty. Walls and cupboards were dirty. Bathroom shower drain was rusty and the grout was dirty. Dogs barked off and on all day. Large clumps of dog hair all over. This hotel should never be listed on Hotels.com. No shampoo or conditioner, no coffee pot. Don't even consider this hotel.

Not great The area and lady at the front counter when checking in was really nice. The room not so much. Smelled of urine. Toilet flush made a loud sqealing sound. Towel hook was broken and there was no remote control in the room. The grab and go breakfast had nothing left to grab even with another hr of it being available.. no food.. no coffee.
