I came in with lower expectations however the general cleanliness of the room was pretty bad. Clearly the toilet wasn't clean, spider webs on the pictures, spiders in the bathtub (live), curtain rod on the floor, no tv remote.. I attempted to call the front desk but the room phone didn't work. So I just figured it's 1 night I'll deal with it.

Extremely dirty and not maintained. Stains everywhere from the sheets, to the towels, to the floors. Huge stains. There was hair in the towels and trash in the hallways. I would never stay here again. The front desk lady was nice but this hotel is a motel!
