Animal hair all over carpet. Random human strains all over the bathroom and counter as if it was wiped down with a dirty rag

Took over an hour to check in. Rooms had weird smell. Mattress was dirty. Shower drain was clogged up. Stove was dirty. Keys stopped working before check out so stuff was still locked in room. Never going back

I recently stayed there and left my new utensils. I couldn't get real assistance in determining where my items might be. No questions fir ckeaning staff, no call back, nothing. I recently rebooked

It’s ok for the money. The check in desk area is extremely small and since there are only two front desk reps, the check in process takes forever. Also, I was given my room key and my room was still being cleaned. It would have been nice to know so that I didn’t pull all my luggage to my room only to have to wait.

I was disappointed because our room wasn’t ready until 40 minutes after we arrived. On top of that, we didn’t get the room I reserved. We got a room for handicapped people with a smaller bed.
