Spider in bed, dirty microwave, rude staff! I will never stay at another extended stay ever again. First and last time!!

The pullout bed from the couch did not have sheets ready upon check in. And it was also AWFUL to sleep on due to the thin mattress, I have slept on a pull out before and this one was the by far the thinnest mattress; your better of sleeping directly On the springs of or on the couch. Smelt like smoke in our room even tho it was non smoking room. Pillows also were awful and felt like the were bought at the dollar tree with no cushion. Did not get the room we booked We booked a room through hotels.com. The room I booked showed pictures of a queen bed and combo tub-shower. They room the hotel gave us had a shower only and the bed looked like only a full size. We talked to the front desk and they told us we booked a handicap room and they had nothing else available.When I asked for a receipt on leaving they put a company name on my receipt of ucla-harbor medical center. Stay away from this hotel. My wife and I had so many problems with this establishment, and I’ll try to enumerate them so you don’t give them the honor of your stay. Upon arriving, I was “welcomed” by a rude lady, that seemed tired, which is ok, but not an excuse to treat a guest with short words. I was polite to her, but didn’t feel welcomed at any time. Dirty room. Requested non-smoking but room smelled of cigarettes. TV remote had some sort of awful crusty scum on it.

The whole 2nd floor smelled bad as soon as you walk off the elevator. The room itself was worse, you could smell cat urine. We had to keep the air on all night to help with the smell. Room is old and needs to be updated. We could here the people above us all night. Front dest night and morning clerks seem to not enjoy their jobs, neither one was very friendly.

The employees were extremely unprofessional and hostile. Nakia completely ruined my night. I did not get to stay at my room and I need a refund. This was the worst experience I have ever had. There were dogs barking loud in other guests rooms as well. She threaten to call the cops on us while we were trying to celebrate my cousins birthday. I will never stay at this location again.

First and foremost the manager is rude and disrespectful. She needs additional training on how to deal with customers. Kicked us out the room, after making false accusations that we were smoking in “her room.” Upon arrival, my fiancé and I had to wait 1.5 hours because our room wasn’t ready. When we finally checked in, the room smelled like cigarettes and the couch had holes. Nonetheless, she insisted it was us & threaten to call the police.
