Fire alarm The hallway was smelling like marijuana all the time, the fire alarm was off in the middle of the night waking every body up and The personal from the hotel never showed up to say anything about the situation, I was ready to go outside thinking of a fire going on

Horrible conditions. Hallways smells like cigarettes/weed. It supposedly a no smoking hotel. The room had a pull out couch, but no extra linens. Called the desk to bring up so extra linens, no one showed up. I had to go downstairs and ask. The lady in front lobby said, “we don’t know if we have anymore, maybe I just have to look around”. Rooms had nothing in it. Check in was business like, unfriendly or forced friendly. Linen and bedding was sparse. The best I can say is there was a roof over our heads, hot water, and the plumbing worked. We chose ESA because you are pet friendly

I was in a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor which is a smoking floor (?). You get off elevator and it smells like an old casino, gross! Not possible to avoid the lingering odor in the room even though it was «non-smoking.»
