This property was horrible. Since the moment we walked in we knew we made a huge mistake. Very dirty. It smelled ugly. We checked in and when we got to our room it was all bad

Asked for an ironing board and staff said they were out with no alternate options. Room was not the cleanest.

Its still a step up from Motel 6 or Motel 8 but a half step at that. They are for working class people not people in a bad situation or having a lack of money. Step up the remodeling & quality of your hotels.

I'm baffled by this property... to start, the staff are GREAT! So friendly and super helpful. However, the rooms are gross. Old, cheap, beat-up furniture with just a single sheet (unless you ask for a blanket), and it's so dirty your feet and shoe bottoms turn black from the floors. I dare you to use a wet wipe on the floor and not barf from the black crap that comes up. We also had to switch rooms TWO times - once because the fridge was broken, and the second room toilet was clogged and full of excrement! Which means the cl... read more
