Place was very dirty. no blankets on the bed. called front desk they don't have. any.

You can hear upstair's activities, noisy, water running, etc. Dirty lobby floor, bad smell inside. I had to check out within one hour of check in.

Not again... I arrived at 10:30 a.m. on Monday 10th. Couldn't check in until 3:00. So I paid for my room and I went to magic mountain. I got back at 6:30 I believe, got my key and I had to walk steps up three floors. Elevator was out of order. As soon as I entered the third floor the whole floor smelled of cigarettes. I was like oh my God. Then I turned around and went the other way cuz my room was the opposite direction. Cut around the corner. My room was still near that Hall. The elevator was broken so we had to carry bags up and downstairs, hallways were dirty and had debris on the floor. The kitchenette faucet leaked nonstop. We Could hear alarms and snoring through the walls at night. The pillows smelled like wet dog. Everything felt old rundown unmaintained and outdated. Surprisingly though the bed was very comfortable.
