Helpful staff! BED BUGS found. Hotels.com no help! First, I want to say that the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. They made our experience a little better and I'm grateful for that. Now for the bad- the hotel is older and could use some serious cleaning and updates. The room wasn't cleaned like it should have been & there was a strong unpleasant odor. The hotel was pretty fealty. Right when I walked in the carpet was dirty and with little pieces of trash, the walkway to the room was Ali dirty and trash on the walk way. then when we got to the room it smelled like urine. The furniture was SUPER old the sheets looked like they were not changed. Also no hair dryer in the room or shampoo. I feel like someone needs to check out that facility because it is very dirty and the furniture is old!

Rooms are filthy run down hallways, lobby and hallways look like they haven't been swept or vacuumed in weeks stains which looked like dog crap stains all over the rooms carpet and dirty elevator barely work very slow. I usually dont like to write reviews , but this place was so terrible i felt the need to write this in order to create awareness for potential guests. Upon arrival, the staff was excellent, the room however ….. disgusting. Bathroom was dirty, blood in weird spots, floor sticky, water pressure terrible, felt like the whole place was going to flood. This place is sketchy AF! Needs some serious deep cleaning, and there’s dog poop all around the property from very large dogs! Cigarette butts lining the doorways. People sleeping in their cars. Looks like the hallways haven’t been vacuumed for quite some time. The bedding was clean over the room itself needed to be desired.

Not worth it There was dust and hair everywhere. The bathroom has mold all on the top of the shower wall.
