No coffee maker in the room. Very Motel 6ish but not Motel 6 prices.

Never again The room was very worn out, smelled smoked out the bed was not comfortable.overall it was not a good look!

Bugs in the room. It was very disappointing!

Smelly Room had a smell of urine covered up by fresheners. I couldn't stay there and left for other accommodations. Leticia at the front desk was very nice when I checked in.

Well I've been trying to contact hotels.com with no luck they wouldn't let me check in but took my money and now I'm sleeping in my truck tonight and I want my money back and I think sense thus is not my fault u let because they don't accept debit card you did though i want refunded and should get some free nights at a hotel of my choice did I mention I'm sleeping in my truck now I should contact my lawyer thanks hotel.com good business

We arrived late about 1:30am we were locked out of the lobby had to stand outside beating on the door after 10 min or so the guy came let us in and was clearly not happy we arrived so late which i tried calling numerous times to let them know we would be late, we get to our room which was notbing like the pictures online and was filthy...mouse feces all over kitchen floor and then my children find drugs on the window seal never agian if we could we would of left right then but no hotel around had a roon we left immediately t... read more

Outdated furniture and kitchen was ledt over from 1960. Also, it did not contain any utensils, plates, or anything that is considered an extended stay. Wont stay ever again. Plqce needs new ownership and a total overhaul. Staff was nice. Nothing negative about them whatsoever. Its above their head.

I did not like reserving a room and arriving to find that the hotel was booked up. This is the third time this has happened at this specific hotel. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
