Refrigerator would not stop humming the entire night, the alarm clock went off at midnight and I ended up having to unplug because it wouldn’t turn off. And the whole room smelled like old smoke.

Absolutely horrible experience. Couldn’t find our reservation. Charged us again. There were bed bugs everywhere.

The check in guy had me sign a zero tolerance no smoking in the room policy. When I got to the room it reeked of strong cigarettes smoke and when I tried to call the front desk the room phone did not work. The comforter was scratching my skin so I ended up not staying and getting a refund

The room smelled. Bugs crawling all over the place. No amenities, no ice machine and they would only give me one ice tray for the freezer. Never again for this place!
