Good quality low cost hotel in south Lubbock I stayed in a single queen room. The room was well appointed. The kitchen (which I did not use) has a stove, frig, and uwave. But it is bare; there are no pots/pans/dishes/silverware. There are two small desks. I was pleased with the room. The free breakfast is simply instant oatmeal and some muffins. There is no dining area; I suppose you can eat in your room; I took it with me.

This hotel seemed older and run down and outfitted with cheap furnishings and constructed of cheap materials. The "breakfast" was the barest minimum; packaged muffins and instant oatmeal packets. They didn't have a king room available when we arrived, which was what we reserved, but they did give us a free night's stay at another date. I did like the lounge chair and the air conditioning was refreshing.

Good /Bad My check in was tentative, even though I had confirmation. That was all worked out graciously. When I woke the next morning, I was covered in bites. They weren't bed bugs, I think a mosquito in my room? I won't chance it again!
