The property sits right off the freeway and frontage road. Even with double pain windows you can hear traffic all night. I tried to request a handicapped room through Expedia. It did not make it to the facility. The desk clerk Ian, went above and beyond to help us. We were first given a room on the second floor. that had not been cleaned from the last guest. Wonderful Night Shift front desk person and stay ! The night person on Friday night was one of the nicest and most sincere hotel staff I’ve had in a long time. Would go the extra mile for you. Extended Stay has a great staff. I will definitely stay there again.

Lobby smells bad, like old smoke. The breakfast was very limited.

Good for pets, but that’s it Since pets are allowed, there were 2 times that the elevator floor needed to be cleaned. Since, we didn’t have pets, I would probably stay somewhere else. However, I liked that they offered coffee and bars for breakfast.
