I booked this room for my sister and her husband. Your website told us free daily breakfast was available. There was no breakfast offered. The hotel staff was rude to them and the room smelled. We will tell everyone we know of our experience with This particular hotel and hope they do not stay there.
The room was to be smoke free but it smelt like smoke, the halls smelt like smoke. We walked in the room to wet floors. Not enough towels. The next room had a dog that barked most of the night. Breakfast was a joke. We arrived for breakfast at 8 am no coffee the lady at front told us they ran out of coffe for the day. Will not be staying at this hotel again!

I would not recommend I thought the front desk person when I checked in was very sweet but the hotel itself was far below what I would’ve have expected. It was disgusting in fact. For over $200/night I got stained carpeting I was afraid to walk on, an exoskeleton if a critter on the stained kitchen counter, funk in the corners of the bathrooms and mold on the ceiling and vents. The hotel smells like smoke everywhere and the room had an odd, terrible smell! The bathroom looked to have been used and filthy. The room and counter in the kitchen were unclean.

The room was filthy. While out to dinner from approx. 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., my room was robbed. My laptop computer and 2 overnite bags were stolen. The hotel manager was not on the property and a person who did not work for Extended Stay Lubbock TX was working the front desk. I called the police and filed a report, and left the hotel at 9:30 p.m. to attempt to find another hotel. No thanks 2 baby cockroaches in the room, and unable to switch rooms because they were full. Generally filthy, would not return. Also the 'breakfast' is very minimal.

The breakfast bar area is disgraceful and messy. The police were called to the property and the 3rd floor reeked of marijuana. The studio room i was placed in had a broken microwave door and painters tape holding the counter and drawers in place
