Great location, filthy room Very dirty room. Bed had hair in the covers, Fossett was filthy, living Room and bathroom mirror had dried plaque from where people must have flossed their teeth and it was never cleaned, toilet had a mold rim like it wasn't cleaned in a month, and their was a dirty cup cover on the window sill. And for breakfast although the photo said there was fruit and options you're basically getting a granola bar and coffee there was no fruit.

I called ahead before we got there to see if they had a rollaway available. The person who answered the phone said she didn’t know and did not offer to find out and call me back. She just told me that there were no managers available. Our room smelled really bad and the bathroom especially was not very clean. The “continental“ breakfast was more of a “grab and go“. Not very clean Very friendly staff, rooms dirty and not well maintained. Towels, bedding, wash clothes stained. Shower curtain stained.

The property smells bad, elevator, halls, room. It was not clean. The staff was not friendly, except for one new employee that was very nice an helpful. We immediately wanted to leave, but we were unable to find another hotel in the area due to State Games of America taking place in Lynchburg. We were without TV for our first 2 nights. Kitchen, especially stove top, was dirty. We were very disappointed!!!
