They charged 1500.00 just becsuse it was graduation weekend (2Days) and the room amd hotel was disgusting...

Reserved and paid for a queen bed was put in a full size bed. Bathroom shower had hair in it and on the walls. Bathroom floor was dirty as well.

There was a pair of men’s socks that were left in my room on a chair by the previous guest. Gross!! Expedia described breakfast included but found out that it was a “grab and go” of some granola bars and wrapped muffins. And I was awakened at 6am by the smell of something burning which turned out to be a untended pan on the stove top in a guest room that caught on fire. I would not stay here again.

The bathroom vent smelled like weed. Outdated and need of updates.

Close to LU is the best trait This is an econo hotel at best and as long as you know that maybe it is ok. Walls are thin, AC unit does not stay on

Dirty chairs dirty top blanket dirty sink. No coffee pot in room. No ice. No toilet paper. No free breakfast. It was a very small cheaply grab and go. No juice no fruit. Creamer was old.

They overcharged me. The room was not super clean. We had to wait a long time to be let in after hours and then a long time for their computer to complete an audit. The last part was understandable but it was very frustrating because then the girl called me at 6 am to ask me to come down to the desk because they overcharged me. We didn’t get in until 1 am and didn’t get to bed until 130 only to receive a call by 6am.

The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the close proximity to the University but that was the only good part of our stay. The room was filthy. The bedding and towels were dirty and dingy. My husband, daughter and I were so congested and couldn’t breathe every time we were in the room. Very disappointing to us as our oldest of four is attending Liberty and we will be at campus often. We will be returning to our usual hotel even though it is a little further from campus.
