The room was old, walls were horrible two different types of paint, counter dirty, frige was loud and dirty inside and out, bahtroom sink and shower had hair in it, majority of tv channels were all fuzzy horrible

THE ROOM WASN'T CLEAN PROPERLY AND WE DIDN'T HAVE NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER AND THEY TOLD ME TO PHONE THE MANAGER FOR A REFUND OR SOMETHING BUT THEY ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSE FOR THE MANAGER SO I AM NOT ABBLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY.I WANT MY ROOM REFUND!!!!
The property is next to a very smelly swamp. There is no daily making up of the beds. There is no dining room to eat the so called breakfast. No daily changing of towels. No daily supply of shower gel & shampoo. There was no hot water for 2 days.Not a pleasant stat at all.

The room was dirty, so the bed was very uncomfortable, there was no hot water

They need to remodel everything and they need more security in the hotel , no one in the lobby anyone can get in the hotel
